According to the SEC Report Butch Smith LIED at Crossville City Coucnil Meeting. If FBI Ignores I'll Tell Treasury Lawyers Cause Federal Bond Fraud Happened & I'm Alleging Butch Smith Knows/Or Participated in it  Happy November Crossville:

I’m alleging Danny Page is a CIA Asset (think drug stuff & money laundering) but I bet he has immunity, i say that because of his Discovery Channel deal,  the CIA gives money to several TV networks for propaganda… yes it’s not the best use of taxpayer money BUT they have no accountability all they have to say is “it’s classified” …. anyway Danny Page is most likely part of the Iran Contra crowd linked to Howard Baker BUT he’ll never get in trouble & nobody yet has told me that Butch has FBI immunity.  FYI

My sleazy ex lawyer Kline Preston is an FBI informant and he was able to break the law & the TN courts let him ask me to list sexual positions in an interrogatory question … I was even bullied and told if I didn’t list “sexual positions” or tell the courts who I worked for in the CIA when I was 14 years old I’d be jailed in contempt of court.  Knowing how corrupt the judges are in Tennessee i believed they would do it to. I’m fighting for Crossville because I know that the corruption in TN runs deep and it denies people of their human dignity  http://prestonshipp.blogspot.com

Something looks "fishy" in land locked Crossville & the SEC report shows that a KNOWN town elder that many in the community say is involved with w/ a notorious Good Ole Boy network linked to abuse of FEDERAL taxpayer dollars LIED!

During the October, 2015 Meeting of the Crossville City Council, Councilman Souza asked Mr. L. E. Smith what his association is with a company called Tn-K Energy, a Delaware Corporation, doing business in Crossville, Tennessee.

The reason behind Mr. Souza's question was, that Tn-K Energy is a foreign corporation operating in Crossville and is not registered with the State of Tennessee, as required by law, it also does not have a business license in Crossville as required by city and county ordinance. Mr. Smith replied by saying he does not have anything to do with Tn-K Energy and never has had anything to do with that outfit and proceeded to call Councilman Souza a fool. In April 2007 you were CEO of TN-K Energy (AKA Digital Lifestyles Group) then Ken Page (Daniel Page's son) took over the position in

August 20071 Admittedly Mr Smith was CEO for a short period. However, Smith's involvement goes much deeper. According to a 2010 Annual Report Published by the SECURITIES AND EXCHANGE COMMISSION;2

In September 2005 we executed a convertible promissory note with Mr. L.E. Smith under the terms of a convertible promissory which bears interest at 7% per annum and is convertible into shares of our common stock at a conversion price of $0.25 per share, was due in September 2006. At December 31, 2009 we owed Mr. Smith an aggregate of $649,877 under this note, which includes principal and accrued but unpaid interest. The principal and interest due under this note are convertible into shares of our common stock at the option of the holder at a conversion price of $0.25 per share. On April 27, 2010 Mr. L.E. Smith converted the $500,000 principal and accrued interest $164,644 into an aggregate of 2,561,049 shares of our common stock based upon a conversion price of $0.25 per share in accordance with the terms of the note originally issued in September 2005. The Company recorded a gain on conversion of notes payable in the amount of $24,382.
When Mr. Smith was CEO ... “In April 2007 we executed an agreement with Mr. Dan Page whereby we received $250,000 in funds to be advanced through a line of credit which was evidenced by a convertible promissory note. The note bears interest at a rate of 7.5% per annum and had an original maturity date of April 23, 2008. The initial $250,000 advanced under the credit line is convertible at any time into shares of our common stock at a price per share equal to $0.25. We pay interest only payments until the maturity date of the convertible note, unless it is converted or prepaid. Upon maturity or the conversion of the initial $250,000 principal amount and interest due under the note, we also agreed to issue to Mr. Page a four year warrant to purchase shares of common stock with an exercise price of $0.35 per share in an amount equal to 20% of the total shares issued upon conversion of the note. On September 27, 2007, Mr. Page amended the note to provide an additional $100,000 of working capital to us.”

A reasonable man would not believe Mr. Smith never had anything to do with Tn-K Energy as he stated to the Crossville
