Crossville elite, the FBI & Ricky:  I spent yesterday having lunch with two DEA lawyers lobbying to get help & at the table was a State Dept official whose last assignment was Kabul - she knew Mike Dorris the ex FBI guy that 80% could've saved the towers had the CIA not lied/misled/denied information to him. Ppl know heroine is trafficked through TN and an estimated 95% comes from Afghanistan.

I gotta a LOT of CIA shit I'm dealing with & need EVERYONE to know I can't focus "just" on Crossville.

I attend 3-4 conferences a week & lobby to end corruption at EVERYONE of them. Crossville is on my radar BUT I can't do the "ALL" the  research but I can take research - vet it and give it to the proper authorities.

If you look deep enough you will find the real reason for the hatred. It is not what you are pissing and moaning about, speaking of moaning, your voice on your blog, appears that of somewhat sexy, but then again....

I'm interested now though, are you really interested in the truth or are just another Pete Souza?
So I guess the question is, do you have what it takes to get to the truth?

Ta to for now, Ricky J

According to the SEC Report Butch Smith LIED at Crossville City Coucnil Meeting. If FBI Ignores I'll Tell Treasury Lawyers Cause Federal Bond Fraud Happened & I'm Alleging Butch Smith Knows/Or Participated in it  Happy November Crossville:

I’m alleging Danny Page is a CIA Asset (think drug stuff & money laundering) but I bet he has immunity, i say that because of his Discovery Channel deal,  the CIA gives money to several TV networks for propaganda… yes it’s not the best use of taxpayer money BUT they have no accountability all they have to say is “it’s classified” …. anyway Danny Page is most likely part of the Iran Contra crowd linked to Howard Baker BUT he’ll never get in trouble & nobody yet has told me that Butch has FBI immunity.  FYI

My sleazy ex lawyer Kline Preston is an FBI informant and he was able to break the law & the TN courts let him ask me to list sexual positions in an interrogatory question … I was even bullied and told if I didn’t list “sexual positions” or tell the courts who I worked for in the CIA when I was 14 years old I’d be jailed in contempt of court.  Knowing how corrupt the judges are in Tennessee i believed they would do it to. I’m fighting for Crossville because I know that the corruption in TN runs deep and it denies people of their human dignity  http://prestonshipp.blogspot.com

Something looks "fishy" in land locked Crossville & the SEC report shows that a KNOWN town elder that many in the community say is involved with w/ a notorious Good Ole Boy network linked to abuse of FEDERAL taxpayer dollars LIED!

During the October, 2015 Meeting of the Crossville City Council, Councilman Souza asked Mr. L. E. Smith what his association is with a company called Tn-K Energy, a Delaware Corporation, doing business in Crossville, Tennessee.

The reason behind Mr. Souza's question was, that Tn-K Energy is a foreign corporation operating in Crossville and is not registered with the State of Tennessee, as required by law, it also does not have a business license in Crossville as required by city and county ordinance. Mr. Smith replied by saying he does not have anything to do with Tn-K Energy and never has had anything to do with that outfit and proceeded to call Councilman Souza a fool. In April 2007 you were CEO of TN-K Energy (AKA Digital Lifestyles Group) then Ken Page (Daniel Page's son) took over the position in

August 20071 Admittedly Mr Smith was CEO for a short period. However, Smith's involvement goes much deeper. According to a 2010 Annual Report Published by the SECURITIES AND EXCHANGE COMMISSION;2

http://yahoo.brand.edgar-online.com/DisplayFiling.aspx?TabIndex=2&FilingID=5102074&companyid=7508&ppu=%252fdefault.aspx%253fcompanyid%253d7508%2526amp%253bformtypeId%253d66

In September 2005 we executed a convertible promissory note with Mr. L.E. Smith under the terms of a convertible promissory which bears interest at 7% per annum and is convertible into shares of our common stock at a conversion price of $0.25 per share, was due in September 2006. At December 31, 2009 we owed Mr. Smith an aggregate of $649,877 under this note, which includes principal and accrued but unpaid interest. The principal and interest due under this note are convertible into shares of our common stock at the option of the holder at a conversion price of $0.25 per share. On April 27, 2010 Mr. L.E. Smith converted the $500,000 principal and accrued interest $164,644 into an aggregate of 2,561,049 shares of our common stock based upon a conversion price of $0.25 per share in accordance with the terms of the note originally issued in September 2005. The Company recorded a gain on conversion of notes payable in the amount of $24,382.
When Mr. Smith was CEO ... “In April 2007 we executed an agreement with Mr. Dan Page whereby we received $250,000 in funds to be advanced through a line of credit which was evidenced by a convertible promissory note. The note bears interest at a rate of 7.5% per annum and had an original maturity date of April 23, 2008. The initial $250,000 advanced under the credit line is convertible at any time into shares of our common stock at a price per share equal to $0.25. We pay interest only payments until the maturity date of the convertible note, unless it is converted or prepaid. Upon maturity or the conversion of the initial $250,000 principal amount and interest due under the note, we also agreed to issue to Mr. Page a four year warrant to purchase shares of common stock with an exercise price of $0.35 per share in an amount equal to 20% of the total shares issued upon conversion of the note. On September 27, 2007, Mr. Page amended the note to provide an additional $100,000 of working capital to us.”

A reasonable man would not believe Mr. Smith never had anything to do with Tn-K Energy as he stated to the Crossville

Hello,

Here’s the PDF of a proposal before the Tennessee State legislature. I believe the Governor Haslam has appointed “his buddies” to the Tennessee parole board for a reason and state prosecutions of corruption will be fruitless.  The State of Tennessee has abused Federal money & the Feds should stop the corruption in Tennessee. I’ve got confirmation FEDERAL FRAUD happened in Crossville. NOW I have people form 3 counties willing to talk about GRANT FRAUD & I know the FBI is aware of this  Kim Helper the Williamson County DA bullied a woman who tried to expose fraud linked to the 2010 stimulus that Reagan Farr & Matt Kisber were involved with: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1U0FsbTFzpA

Anyway please look at the powerpoint created at the capital and insist on a change in TENNESSEE culture. The sad fact is “even if” the ethical members of the TN Senate succeed in getting public corruption prosecuted the courts are dominated by those appointed by the corrupt people.  Justice won’t happen when Good Ole Boys punish their own.

I think the Crossville Chronicle is the Good Ole Boy Newsletter.... Does Butch Smith Oversea the Editor?

Here's my comment:

I think Pete Souza had some valid issues and wants to protect ALL the taxpayers & the people at American for Prosperity that I've talked to think that the Crossville City Council has been a bad steward of taxpayer money.  FYI when I stood up for the taxpayers against Good Ole Boy cronyism in Williamson County Tennessee my child was bullied  in TN schools, the corrupt ppl used my child as a tool to get me to shut up about public corruption. To stop other children from similar abuse I spoke to a Koch friend and a few years later AFP helped elect some some ethical school board members.

Today the ethical Williamson County School board members have challenges similar to Pete Souza, some on board are loyal to their Good Ole Boy friends like Jesse Kerley is to Chris Bennett: Good News for the ethical in TN I was told if the problems of corruption can't get cleaned up soon (internally) they feds will FINALLY help. :  I want the feds to do a RICO case that shows the STATEWIDE corruption in TN.
It's OK that the Crossville City Councel said NO to an audit cause their inaction to ongoing Federal taxpayer money being wasted gives me ammunition that will motivate the warriors at AFP & this week I'll start lobbying the Rock Starts that help me fight others in TN and that's the Treasury lawyers, I'm gonna ask for the Audit of the Airport and when they say NO due to jurisdiction then I'll say  just audit how ya'll in Crossville spend the Federal Bond money in Crossville.

Friday, August 14, 2015
All seemed to be going smoothly at last nights Crossville City Council meeting until the very end. That’s when things got a little shaky after questions were raised by CNF reporter Tony Perry over the recent 20 per cent tax increase to cover up to $400,000 in a budget deficit considering the City has more than $8 million dollars in the bank; and why didn’t the City draw from the fund to reduce the deficit instead of raising taxes. City Manager Rutherford told Perry that he would need to ask the Council about that. Perry then looked at the Council and said “anyone with Council wanna answer that?”

Council member Souza told Perry “I’m not entertaining any questions from you Mr. Perry tonight or ever” then proceeded to get up and actually walk out of the Council meeting. Council member Kerley quickly responded by asking Perry “Do you own any property in the City of Crossville?” with the implication of what right did Perry have questioning the Council if he didn’t own city property. Perry answered with “I own a business in the City”

Finally, after things settled a bit, Council member Kerley said “that $8 million in the bank is borrowed money, why would you take borrowed money to pay the deficit?”. Council member Pam Harris (who was one of two members, including Council member Danny Wyatt, to vote against the tax increase) spoke up saying “I did not support the tax increase and felt we should have used the money in the ‘rainy day’ fund to cover the deficit.” During a public hearing on the budget earlier this year, Crossville Finance Director Fred Houston explained that a 10-cent tax increase would reduce the deficit amount for this budget by $400,000. Houston also said the general fund has approximately $8 million in reserve funds that could also be used to pay for all or part of the deficit.

During last nights Council meeting, Perry stated he was not only representing CNF in his line of questioning but also a local citizens group comprised of concerned business owners called PRIDE (People for Restoring Integrity, Dignity and Excellence) in Crossville. PRIDE had submitted a question to Perry to ask the Council concerning the tax increases that were projected over the next two years by City Manager Rutherford. In a document sent to the Council members in May of this year, Rutherford had projected more than $800,000 deficit for 2017 and over a million dollars deficit in 2018. The question posed to Mr. Rutherford was “Since the city raised taxes 20 percent to cover a $400,000 deficit this year, how much would taxes need to be raised over the next two years...and what would the three-year total be in tax increases (which calculates to over 70% tax increases total during the three-year period). Mr. Rutherford said his May projections were just that, projections, and that he would have to wait and see what happened over the next year to be able to calculate how much more taxes would need to be raised to cover the deficits if any.

Mayor James Mayberry pointed out that on the night of the vote for the tax increase there were maybe 8 or 10 people in attendance and not one word was spoken against the tax increase. It should be noted that meeting was a ‘Special Called’ meeting and may have not been publicized as ‘The’ meeting in which the Council would vote on raising taxes 20 per cent.
